So I've posted about this a lot on my Insta but I haven't done so on here yet. I'm doing the Move for Mind challenge for Mind Mental health charity, 31 min of movement for 31 days (so 961 min/27hrs) I've done 3 weeks as of today, I've done 2,232 min (37hrs).

Amandaland was funny but kinda sad (in a good way) too, both Amanda & Felicity being clearly lonely. Spoiler - I was shocked Amanda's Dad being alive & in a care home still I'd assumed he'd died cos I couldn't remember Amanda mentioning him in Motherland ever #amandaland
