Lots of species have the capacity for super accurate sound recognition like this, but only humans can cut this space up into a million pieces and draw them on a map

As a chronic whistler I get to experience the sacred uncertainty: "I hear someone whistling the same song I am. Did I give it to them or they to me?"

Astounding how people can have so much amnesia about what it's like to be a kid I immediately recognize this feeling and it rocks. Music is crazy.

The key is that you just keep piling on the spot you picked, the coolness part will work itself out if you do. That's why usually the simpler the long-term design the better.

Gotta figure out how to prevent my guinea pigs from microplasticmaxxing I know they're just trying to be like me, but they don't need to take this path

I can tell I've been really affected by a piece of art when I have the urge to yap I think when I ingest something fundamentally un-yappable all of my yap subprocesses fire off to try to subsume it but they fail so we get overflow

@dr_souse Yep, that's the biggest downside of go. Its so fun to play with a real board but I've only played in person a handful of times

The extent of my opinions on languages: JS: easy to run it all over the place, cool TS: nice I don't need to read or write docs Python: fun when I was first learning, now it's gross Go: chans are fun little magical portals and it's fast apparently Java: lmao 'member eclipse
