I took Mebendazole and Ivermectin 2x a day for 3 days on 4 days off for 3 months.
Ivermectin 12 mg 2x a day and mebendazole 200 mg 2x a day.
Ivermectin is .2-.4mg per lb of body weight. Hope this helps. I do this twice a year
Side note- I have had a comprehensive blood test

Not to get gross but a parasite can lay up to 200,000 eggs per day. When an adult is killed off it releases signal for eggs to hatch. So basically you are killing off then letting eggs hatch and killing off again. It can take years for some to get rid of the accumulation.
