I’m in the middle of production of a video on Dragon Quest 2. One of the incredible tidbits about the game is that Toriyama created 35 unique monsters for it in the span of less than 8 months. WHILE working on Dragon Ball. Most of them became iconic.

The more I play Kid Icarus: Uprising, the more I'm shocked this game came out in 2012. It is freaking gorgeous at times and I can't think of many aerial battles that match its wild rides. Somebody, anybody, port this game to Switch stat.

Random Thoughts: The ending of The Wind Waker is essentially the same as Thor: Ragnarok. Ganon cannot be truly defeated as long as Hyrule still exists. Once it's gone, Ganon never returns in that timeline. I kinda wish this would get explored more in the future.

I don't really have words for the passing of Stephen Hillenburg. He was far too young, but he created one of the most ubiquitous cartoons of the modern age. Spongebob is brilliant in ways you wouldn't expect with timeless characters that I still love to this day. Bless this man.
