Kohli's batting against anticlockwise spin is the biggest decline in his batting career. At least he put some effort in correcting his nicking issue against pace in 2014, but how much work has gone in correcting his game against away spin is a question.

@hbdeshmukh It's that half jab half pull he plays. He was playing it quite squarer and very consistently against pace on balls bowled from over the wicket.

@tweetappan Landing the bat closer to the front foot at the stance is quite popular now. Livingstone has been doing this. We saw Beau Webster doing this in the last BGT.

@ansh19485 In the latest one he holds his bat diagonal WRT his body. I think he wants the bat to come around against the short ball quicker than putting effort on downswing later to make it come around. The frantic shaking I guess is to keep him mentally switched on for the short ball.
