@everyopinionbot @alecrobbins Thematically / structurally I maintain there's absolutely no reason for White Lotus to start every season with an unrevealed death, except that a structure where every plot development COULD be a hint at who died maximizes viral recap culture and engagement

@alecrobbins Wow I'm so weirded out by how many people are saying 'not only are you wrong about this show but this is an inherently invalid critique' Like, it's undeniable the show is teasing and withholding certain developments, basically just a matter of taste if you like that or not 🤷

@alecrobbins It's so boring. Dropping terms like 'whitehall project' or whatever for recap blogs to spin over is such condescending storytelling. Feel like the essential hearts of the characters in s2 are so crowded out by dull plot mechanics and shallow foreshadowing
