@garytuck2 @CanonUKandIE Hey Gary, Thanks it’s ever much appreciated. Yes I’ve got a combination of EF & RF glass, my primes are all EF and some zooms are RF. On the EF 300mm f2.8 mk 1 the IS runs for quite some time before switching off, but the EF 500 Mk2 only come on when required so much quieter

@foufoutosminix That’s one thing I love about the DSLR, and when mounting a large prime lens I can use them as binoculars without using power to look through the viewfinder.
