With lawn maintenance as it is and the general want to get rid of nature. it makes sense that the bugs we grew up seeing are now growing scarce. What are they meant to eat? Where are they meant to hide? Sad but not surprised. Hopefully they can be saved before they're fully gone!

yup! same here, I was the ONLY kid in elementary to question it and I recall my teacher got really upset by that. I wound up finding the truth on my own during typing/computer class. I'm not sure how schools work now w that but back then they HEAVILY covered/erased the truth.
