Today, I drove past where my dear mother was killed. Much has changed, but the building the car rammed her into still stood, only different in colour. Hurt but grateful for the journey thus far. 23 years ago, my mother was killed by a drunk driver, and he got away with murder.

Just a beautiful moment this morning reviewing a script with my writer. I was describing a scene and we both felt the shiver and emotion of the scene. Tears glistened both our eyes. In that moment we knew this scene was perfect.
