@TheMurkyDepths @matthewhodg Seems baffling to me though mate because they have their "Greenwich Builds" & even their offshoot Meridian. They could utilise that mechanism & effectively too. Would also help solve their problem too re: suitable sites. Like you say, evict people & leaving vacant is scandalous.

@TheMurkyDepths @matthewhodg I'm wondering if the Council could be compelled to take over such sites and build if those effectively "landbanking" are incapable of doing so. Don't know if my memory is playing tricks but I thought there was some legislation - or going to be - to deal with such instances...
