Many of the structured programs have been mentioned below but for central Europe they mostly require a Master's degree and therefore don't offer rotations and are limited to 4 years. So personally I'd recommend enrolling for a Master's first to get the full 6 year experience.
Ok folks in Europe: serious question. I have a very talented research technician who will be applying to grad schools in US and Europe for starting grad school in 2024. I have advised many students about applying to US grad schools but not so much in Europe. 1/
