Palestinians had their famous "3 No's" regarding their rejection of peace. In 1967, they proudly anounced "No peace, no recognition, no negotiations".
In contrast Israel should proudly announce its "2 De's" for achieving peace.

So, up to 240,000.
Since the IDF is much better than average and is at around 2 civ casualties per combatant, it's realisticly up to 90,000.
