Goodnight, sweet Honey. Thank you for everything you gave us over the last ten years. I hope you enjoyed being with us as much as we loved being with you. No more pain, sweetheart. I'll see you on the other side.
Love forever.
Dude on the big screen just ripped his shirt off and twisted it around his head, while his wife casually downed her entire beer. Cardinal Stadium Power couple.
If a men's coach came in here and went to 11 Sweet 16s, seven Elite 8s, and four Final 4s in 15 years, you would all be ecstatic. It's actually you all that have the double standard. That's a fact.
You're trying too hard to have a hot take.
Rudy Gobert touching all the damn mics like a child and Fred Hoiberg going to an arena and coaching while experiencing flu-like symptoms in the middle of a pandemic are your current frontrunners for idiots of the week. Come on, guys.
I played a warmup round of golf today. Enough good shots to keep me happy.
It's been five months to the day since the doctors induced a coma in order to save my life. When I woke up, never in a million years did I think I would be playing golf by March. Truly blessed.
I don't care where you sit regarding Mack, we all should be in agreement that expectations are and should be higher for UofL basketball. Fan passion is a double-edged sword. You get support, facilities, and a huge salary. And you get expectations. That's the job.
The opportunity was there for Scott Satterfield to change the narrative. The fan base was starting to lean in again. Nobody is better about consistently letting the air out of the balloon EVERY SINGLE TIME.
You can't lose that game. Not like that. Not to the backup QB.

My parents sent me this picture from the TopGolf location in Virginia Beach. This scene is hard to witness.
I don't know how you TopGolf degenerates live with yourselves. This is clearly the work of the devil.
My guy
@OyyyeeeCorito86
was a great guy, a diehard Louisville fan, and a loyal listener. He was a day one caller to our women's post-game show and will be sorely missed in our community. All my prayers to his family and loved ones as they deal with this tremendous loss.
I just will never understand why, as a coaching staff, you enjoy your greatest success in the 3rd quarter by being aggressive on both sides of the ball, get up 17...have TOTAL CONTROL of the game...and just slam on the brakes.
It is inexplicable. And not the first time.
Regardless of where you were at on Kenny before this season, before tonight - I NEED you all to understand the "3 year turn-around" is not a thing in major college basketball anymore. Feel free to join us in 2023.
Louisville Basketball: *literally wins four games*
The Universe: "Your team has Covid."
NCAA: "Here's our response to your notice of allegations"
NCAA: "Also we're taking the other banners, you can only play four players at a time, and you have to rehire Brian Van Gorder."
Do yourself a favor and come down to the Yum today for the women's game against UK.
It's a great product and a great atmosphere. I PROMISE you'll have a good time.
Beat Kentucky.
Five years later, this decision is still absolute garbage.
Self-imposing mid-season is and always has been an incredibly awful and unfair practice. It puts the onus on the players instead of the institution. It should be banned instead of allowed/encouraged.
One week from right now, I'll be smoking my 3rd cigar and drinking my *redacted* bourbon with 60,000 of my closest friends, getting ready to watch my undefeated team on the national stage in my home stadium.
Go Cards. Beat Notre Dame.
We got tournament HVL, which was HUGE, but a big shout out to Mykasa Robinson on a CAREER HIGH 14 points, along with 7 assists, 5 rebounds, 3 steals, and one disrespectful block. Huge game.
I can't believe this had to be said, but DO. NOT. TWEET. PLAYERS.
If you have something bad to say about them yell it in to your pillow like you do with all the things you're afraid to say to your boss, you emotionally stunted weirdo.
Louisville fans: come out to Cardinal Stadium, drink some beer, eat some food, say goodbye to the seniors, and show the underclassmen some love. The game will probably be shitty, but let's celebrate the end of an era.
We turn the page tomorrow.
I truly wish Hailey well. She gave us everything for three great years. But I'll never root for Kim Mulkey, and that trumps any love or respect I may have for HVL (or Angel Reese for that matter.)
I hope they lose in the first round.
"Until you go to Kentucky and with your own eyes behold the Derby, you ain’t never been nowhere and you ain’t never seen nothin’!"
- Irvin S. Cobb
Happy Derby Week, everybody.
Repeat after me:
Don't ever cooperate with the NCAA. Ever.
Plea deals don't exist. If you turn state's witness, there is no clemency. You get killed on the spot.
Deny. Threaten legal action. Treat the NCAA as the ineffectual, hypocritical, outdated organization they are.
Olivia Cochran has been outstanding tonight. So often she does the dirty work that doesn't show up on the stat sheet. Happy to see her have a career night.
