I accepted the Meat Mafia walking challenge. Here’s my update: Eliminated all seed oils and sugar. 100% grass finished beef, bone broth, no ultra processed foods. Averaged nearly 12,000 steps daily (6 miles). Lost 7.2 pounds and 1” off my waist.
