The most dislikeable ones are Utah, Colorado, AZ State and UCF

As a KU fan I like Cincy more. Better basketball. Sports city. Plus I hear they have a good Skyline and good chili.
UCF is a good school. Good football. But bad basketball. And delusional fans. Central Florida is just a name.

Rumors are the Big 12 could invite OSU and WSU to stop them from holding the 10 departing schools hostage. The Big 12 has a Pro Rata in their media deal with ESPN to get to 18 so this could work and benefit both sides, but I think they were planning on saving those for est teams

10 years from now I would put gold money on them joining.
The way they've invested in facilities. The sec like fanbase ucf has. Plus being a partner with UF and FSU in the SEC. There's alot to like. The potential for the brand is there.

ESPN and Fox invested a 2.28 Billion dollar media deal for 6 years in the Big 12 and that was with TX and OU leaving. The Big 12 had the ability to expand to multiple time zones, had huge fanbases that invested and cared more about football than water polo

At most I want Louisville, NC State, VA Tech and Pitt to Big 12. Important to keep WVU happy. They are critical.
You can explore Miami, Cuse and Duke.
Others not taken by BIG and SEC not worth the time
If I'm the Big 12, I'm doing everything I can to get Virginia Tech and Miami. They'll be the 2 biggest brands left in the ACC after Clemson/FSU leave and gives you protected rivalries with WVU and UCF.
