Murder is a crime. Murder should be a crime because God's standard of justice requires that it be considered a crime. Murderers should be executed for their crime, because that is justice, regardless of whether or not they claim to be Christians and accept God's standard of justice. This is asking whether or not it's just to hold pharmaceutical companies responsible for the deaths of those who can't afford the life saving medication that they sell. Would God's standard of justice demand this? This isn't asking whether or not people have personally embraced God's standard.

No. But, that's not really relevant. This is like asking whether or not a school shooter is guilty of murder. Change out "school shooter" for "pharmaceutical company" and change out "shoots someone" for "raises the price on life saving medication which someone can't afford and therefore can't take and therefore dies." It's simply asking of the company has a responsibility to ensure that all people who need that medication can afford it.
