@jillfeldman4 @cure_today @23andMe LOOOOOOOOOOVE this so much! Data locked in a silo is so very limiting on the number of people that could actually benefit from the data. It’s 2025. We have got to revamp clinical trials and data collection. We have the tools. It is time.

With uptick #AYAs diagnosed w/ #cancer, #clinicaltrials need to include <40 as a population within and have its own data be accessible. That shouldn't be that hard to do in 2025. I know a lot of people who need this to be so. #AYACSM

@JoshTaylorNL @chrissyfarr here here Josh. Example, when a person goes for a 2nd opinion for #Cancer and that site orders screens/testing w/o even looking at what was done at site #1. Maybe because there's no interoperability??? So many broken parts to sickcare, so many making money.

Fascinating to see the psychosocial evolution #lateandlongterm effects of a #cancer dx as a young adult. We need more support for those beyond primary care - obviously. Treatment of the cancer is not enough. #AYACSM

What about improved access & longitudinal collection of data? AYAs, as you know, have busy lives. To be on ct, it must fit into their schedule & across their life. We all need more long term info.
