@EdKrassen Any new President should be given the standard quater of a year to show success. Economic growth is gauged by measuring the change in a country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), which represents the total value of all goods and services produced as well as inflation.

Why did the PBS @NewsHour only give a 5 second clip of Marc Fogel saying how grateful he was to be freed? When they could have also given a longer clip of him noting how grateful he was to @POTUS Trump. At the 6:38 mark Mr. Fogel says he is not a hero, that it was President Trump who was a hero, the folks in the dimp;pmatic core who are the heroes. Why is it so damn hard for the media to give President Trump any damn credit? He hasn't even been in office a month!!

And since 2001 Republicans and Democrats in the House and Senate have done NOTHING to tackle the industrial sickcare system the 🇺🇸 United States has. The soil our food is grown in is devoid of natural nutrients. A majority of the food sold has ingredients Europe does NOT allow. Dyes, cheap corn syrup, chemicals and things most buyers cannot even pronounce. We as a nation are close to 50% obese. We have a more depressed population, who seek out pills and alcohol to kill the pain. Reputable studies show that a vast number of our health problems are lifestyle choice related. President Biden was so proud to get different prescription costs lowered for those on Medicare. Yet, a careful study shows the medication are mostly for issues that are preventable or fixable with lifestyle changes! The 🇺🇸 government is simply a legal drug pusher! Where is the 🇺🇸 government when it comes to making sure those on SNAP Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program can ONLY buy fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, eggs, dairy, meat and NOT any junk food? How about we increase the amount that a SNAP recipient gets so they can BUY more of those healthy foods. During covid when folks got more SNAP they were buying MORE fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, eggs, dairy, meat and data showed their health improved. This is one reason I support @RobertKennedyJr

Then they need to reevaluate their business plan, and ascertain where there is waste, where they can cut costs, where mistakes are being made. Independent restaurants, small independent retail stores who rent their space, have a high failure rate.  Small grocery stores have a low profit margin and often fail. One thing most successful businesses have in common is they think long term, and they know their market size, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, which they stay on top of daily/weekly/monthly.

Gravity @chris6170 Nowhere did I say the United States government should be the one negotiating anyone's pay. Was simply suggesting a living wage (afford housing, utilities, food) for an average, no college degree, no special training, like at a fast food/restaurant, recycling center etc. should be based on the cost of living in the state/region where the person lives. Low cost of living states like Mississippi, Alabama, West Virginia are very different from high cost of living places like California, Alaska, NYC.

Is there NO way to tackle waste and fraud while also funding a sane budget that funds legitimate programs (with oversight) that 🇺🇸 American taxpayers need and deserve? Not want, but actually need!

But President Trump did win with 77,301,997 votes and a promise that he would pick folks like @elonmusk to find the fraud and waste. And neither President Trump nor Elon Musk are getting PAID! Republicans and Democrats have allowed fraud and waste for decades and the 🇺🇸 American taxpayers wants it to stop!! There is NO reason why 🇺🇸 America cannot end programs that are wasteful while also funding legitimate programs that have been PROVEN to benefit the 🇺🇸 American citizens!
