@toronto_morning Max warned about this very trade issue happening in his exit speech. Everything he stayed here is more relevant now even. Most don’t even remember him mentioning Trump in this speech, but it was among the critical things he exposed.

I like some of the policies being implemented in Argentina too, but that doesn’t mean I trust or particularly like Milei’s personality.

There is not only one reality. That is absolutely false. Our personal values and perspective make everyone’s different. You don’t think living by and for your values and beliefs is of the utmost importance? Explains how so many could even consider voting for those that committed crimes against humanity and injured and killed our fellow citizens. I’m good living for and defending values and principles. There is nothing more important as we take none of this World with us. It’s sad that the majority do not live that way anymore and we are where we are. But it’s worth fighting for. Without values we have nothing

We go through seasons and you are in one that you will get through. Stick to your strong values to get you through on the right path. We are all sending you prayers and strength. You will get past this stronger than ever. Please take care of yourself and take some down time. I’ve battled through physical and mental burn out from far too much on my plate and it’s better to avoid it. You’re no good to anyone in that state.

I’m literally searching near my home to see if I have any alternatives readily available. I don’t want to deprive my kids of dairy, but there are other options.I just don’t know enough to know if they are enough and affordable to be able to get enough on board to make a statement that garners action. I’ve never thought of what you suggested though 🤔. Where there’s a will, there’s a way……..

The Conservatives, minus Cheryl Gallant, all voted WITH LPC/NDP/Greens/Bloc to remain in the Paris Accord when Trump first removed the US from it. They are not opposed to the Climate Scam and not only voted for it, but Pierre was Shadow Finance Minister when Canada doubled the tax commitment to the Paris Accord from 2.64Billion to 5.6Billion in 2021 too. Pierre knows full well that carbon tax axes or not, 5.6B gets laundered regardless. Zero opposition and full support is not fighting

Great idea, but because the dairy cartel makes us pay some of the highest prices for dairy in the entire world for product produced in our own Country and Canada has massive tariffs on the small amount of dairy imports we actually get the option to purchase, we would basically be boycotting dairy completely 🤣.

I do not want a Canadian Trump. As you’ve noted, I don’t believe he is a saviour by any means. But whether I personally like someone’s personality or not is not a factor when voting for someone. When I am giving someone my legal mandate to govern me by their policies, I’m focused on the policies as the rest is political theatre to distract from policy. And the policies we are governed by are a massive issue here.

That’s just your personal opinion, not fact or even others reality 🤷🏼‍♀️ That mindset is also a big part of why my children are looking at the future they are versus what I had. Decades of those in the generations before me empowering and trusting the very issues and stating it is what it is. I love my parents, they are my rocks, but their voting records and complacency towards government, along with the majority, is what brought things to the state they are now. Look at what we have to show for everyone’s past votes. The reality is we are almost bankrupt with generational debt even if we stopped all spending now. Yes there will always be government. No we do not have to have a government that dictates to us, versus represents us. But we have what the majority choose, to date and in the future. You ask me if I can ever be happy in Canada. Meanwhile, every day I hear CPC voters complaining we have exactly what they voted for. Our biggest problem is our voters and until citizens change, Canada will not improve and will continue to tank quickly.
