@tomfgoodwin How do you measure the “I don’t give a damn” metric? Those that get it and just don’t do anything with it. It forms part of thousands of unopened emails or simply get archived. Not me, of course, I scan through it.

@hammer_mt @dennisknodt Well, according to Ritson it works even better than YOU think. He gets a 96% (or 98) similarity with human answers. But it is especially useful in B2B. By the way, can you overview your process for how to do it sometime?
