No.. The court is defined by the constitution... Congress sets the number of justices... And the president picks them with the senate consent... The legal domain is inappropriate venue to go after judges... Shifting a judge to a martial domain is their weakness, no army defends the court.

@GovPritzker So what makes you think the court can stage a rebellion to violate the separation of powers clause in the constitution? The Insurrection Act of 1807 makes this illegal.
