Canada is finally waking up to the reality of being in a U.S. trade war. It is a shakedown. @realDonaldTrump tariffs are forcing us to accelerate resource extraction, but that’s just step one. Step two? Owning more of the value chain. Otherwise, we’re just digging holes!
