@paintoolkit2 This means it’s the responsibility of others/everyone (not necessarily health care workers) to improve access to the digitally excluded. Socioeconomic status is the biggest cause of digital exclusion and health inequalities so the responsibility sits mainly with the government

@paintoolkit2 Hi Pete 👋 There is a huge caveat to that number. It should probably read ‘20% of research participants’ as pretty much all the research in this space excludes people who dont have access to the internet or a phone so its not representative of the whole population.
