Being more a Reagan-style conservative (believing honey attracts better than vinegar) I have been a longtime skeptic of President Trump's rhetoric, which I thought was unnecessarily polarizing. I have changed my mind. Donald Trump is proving himself to be the best President of my lifetime. Honey and sweetness are nice (and preferred) when this approach works. But sometimes a sledgehammer is needed, especially when the opposing side is motivated by malice. President Trump is a sledgehammer, which is what's needed NOW. Plus, I'm not sure Reagan's nice-guy approach would work today. The Dem Party is far more radical today than it was then, the propaganda media far more corrupt.

Not one penny of taxpayer money should ever go to a media organization. The entire point of a free press is that it's independent from government -- not controlled by government with money. In fact, not one penny of taxpayer money should ever be spent on a non-essential government function, as defined by the Constitution. This means 70% of government should be eliminated. And we need to return to the gold standard. Going off the gold standard in 1971 (allowing government to print unlimited money) is what allowed all this outlandish spending to occur. Unlimited money printing = unlimited taxation -- because every dollar in deficit spending must be printed. The price of gold was $35 an ounce when we left the gold standard in 1971. Today , one ounce of gold is $2,900. This means the dollar has lost 99% of its value since 1971. That's why we have no middle class anymore.

@elonmusk These corrupt frauds are burning the money of middle class Americans, which is why we don't have a middle class anymore. Plus, this USAID (taxpayer) money is just transferred to dictators, bureaucrats, and corrupt NGOs, never actually trickles down to impoverished people.

CBS should have made the full unedited interview available online. The fact that they refused to shows they were covering for her. The whole point of the interview was to see if she could get a coherent thought out. She couldn’t. CBS made her look less bad than she actually was.
