Super Bowl ads in general are still riding off the coat tails of decades long past—they haven’t been consistently good in a while—but I promise you that none of these teased ads are gonna be worth it

(Last tweet on this) NOT ONLY is there a house-edge (0.47 + 0.55 = 1.02) but they’re just blatantly falsely advertising the price of a contract. It says 47c right there and then $47 only buys 96 contracts? How does that make any sense?

@Pogojar I don’t believe so. They’re specifically framing it as “not sports betting” to avoid the state gaming commissions. They won’t need a gaming license if they aren’t a gaming company… but we’ll see if the state legislatures agree with that.
