The rest swills around until it gets to you, then you pay your taxes back to the place it came from & that money is deleted. It's never 'taxpayer money'

A net govt overspend = govt deficit = non-govt sector surplus. The govt of the day decrees how much SP & benefits are paid out; working people don't pay them
