Who else has offered? Who else is on him? When recruiters ask these questions, it advertises they let the industry, publications and opinions of others make their decisions. Most that ask those questions have no clue how to evaluate. The questions should be as follows. Is he a winner, does he have winning makeup? Is he tough? Was he raised right? Is he a fierce competitor? Is he addicted to being the best he can be?
