Lack of coordination and underfunding were top of the issues list. These lead to long wait times and poor health outcomes. Staff compassion and determination in the face of an uphill battle shone out. A real privilege to meet so many dedicated health and social care teams ❤️

This morning I held a consultation with constituents on the Change NHS program. I’m grateful for the thoughtful responses. The consensus is that the NHS needs reform, staff & patients need to feel respected & cared for & we need to get this right now so the NHS is future proof.
