If you notice that your opponent is not moving it's most likely NOT a hacker!
Either player could have latency issues with server communication, which would cause one to show as "stuck".
However, if the game is still going on then they are moving in their screen! 🥰

That was not your actual number - but a momentary snapshot of the counter at the time of your elimination. The counter updates in chunks at such high numbers. So multiple people having that placement is not indicative of a mass glitch all at once.

Hey Sam - we have investigated and the experience went well for 99% of people. The losses that felt strange were a result of ping errors or touchscreen sensitivity (things like moisture, oil, hitting the screen with a knuckle, etc)

(2/2) that is because your screen either registered some type of moisture of oils and started sending multiple touch signals OR it stopped registering your touch due to screen fatigue or just a general screen malfunction. We have reproduced this, and it varies from each device.

It seems that the two lost lives came from touch screen malfunction. This could either be build of some type of oil or moisture, or the touch screen stopped registering on your device.

- Close the app
- On the Create Account screen, enter in the same information you used to create the account.
- Hit "Create Account".
- Your user information should be updated.

(2/2) If you review the video, right before elimination the cursor "jumps" about 1cm - indicating that the touch screen either stopped registering or had a malfunction and registered a second touch. Then, it didn't recognize your finger on the screen after the first heart lost.
