FWIW #DaBears from the Offensive Hires so far, it looks like we are going to run a Shanahan Hybrid RPO offense where there will be option routes etc. Going to be an emphasis on speed & strength at POA & intelligence & speed RB/TE/WR.

Per @QuanDBtalk & I agree. Darnell Mooney had more yards than christian kirk last year. Byron Pringle had more yards than Zay Jones. Cole Kmet had more yards than Evan Engram. Montgomery had more yards than J Robinson. Somehow the Jaguars weapons are better than the Bears. Got it.

DeMarcus Walker has been far more disruptive as a 3 Tec in Tennessee (7 sacks in 6 starts), Billings is a beast at 1 Tec, Sweat is a huge upgrade at LDE in terms of pressure but also as a run Defender, then there's Ngakoue RDE. Move Walker to 3 Tec & this is a huge upgrade.

Really enjoyed the play design on this, man beater with mesh Nsimba Webster & TE over the middle, the TE becomes a late East/West Flood vs zone, & Pettis low man, Newsome Post Corner high man to the outside as both a man/zone beating concept. Nice design, nice protection too.

The Secondary got a hell of a lot better in terms of aggression, and taking the ball away, we got possibly the best returner in the draft with very little wear & an absolute YAC monster who replaces Jakeem Grant with more size & speed. Lots of good O Line talent left!.
