6 is one move and the 9 is with a reverse move.
It would be easy to draw it like the 6, only howizontally mirrored.
How do you do it?

There seems to be an easy way, to enter higher level of conciousness.
When you start, use one of the vowels AEIOU
Say it loud first, then inside of your mind
EEEEEEE for example, overwrite any upcoming thought with it
