Customer success > customer support. Most SaaS companies wait for users to complain. The best SaaS companies guide users to success before they have to ask. Be proactive, not reactive.

Stop focusing in acquisition. The real money is in retention & expansion revenue. Upsells > New customers Referrals > Ads Engagement > Signups Loyal customers scale your business for free. Focus on that.

@thedeshudson I am not sure. After some experience with people, and being fed all this info, I think it will understand phycology. But if copywriters combine their "humanity" with A.I. they are a deadly combo

@KevinNaughtonJr Well if they aren't good, orif they don't know how to distribute, then they shouldn't. But, I agree that it is an extremely valuable skill that should be well-paid

@DevDugg Referrals are the best way to do anything. They are part of human nature. Many people ignore them.

@SaaSContent101 Exactly. They a much higher LTV, they leave reviews, they support your content, they bring in refferals, and they are the best people to get feedback from. Did I forget something? Oh yes. They result in a more stable business, which increases it's value.

@webuyonce Yeah. I agree. Keep your customers happy. If you have loyal customers, you don't need many. You will automatically grow. However, you need to start from somewhere. The hardest part is to get the first 5 clients.

What’s the #1 reason you think customers churn? A) Bad onboarding B) Lack of habit formation C) No emotional connection D) Something else? (Reply)

Do you think lowering churn is more important than increasing acquisition?

@tomlai19852004 Well not exactly. You need to track. Then find the "winning formula" and then repeat
