🚀 Looking Back at 2024: Celebrating Women Breaking Barriers 🌟 As we reflect on an incredible year, we’re thrilled to share the inspiring words of Bridget Sweeney about her journey with the Women Breaking Barriers Programme: "I made some new women friends, and for me, as an American immigrant who's been here for seven months now, that's kind of a huge deal. I met a group of women who are so different, unique, and insightful in their own ways. We all came from different walks of life and backgrounds but came together for a common purpose – getting women back into the workforce, and it was really, really cool!" "I haven't met new girlfriends in a long time, and it was amazing to spend time with strong, empowering women. Every session left me feeling so positive. We ended with a fresh outlook on the job market in Belfast and Northern Ireland, particularly in tourism and hospitality. Our mentors were informative and kind, and the bus tour we had together was such a cool bonding experience. I'm so happy I joined this programme!” 2024 was a year of building connections, empowering women, and breaking barriers. #2024Reflections #WomenEmpowerment #BreakingBarriers #StrongWomen
