I remember the day we stood in the parking lot of FMC Forth Worth. It was cold. We arrived around 11:00 AM anticipating the release of Tom and Jeff, 2 J6ers unfairly incarcerated! I wore this shirt design by David Sumrall. Tom and Jeff were released at 1:30 the next morning after threat to send the US Marshalls to retrieve them and arrest the warden for disobeying the President’s order. Dear AG Bondi, Fellow Floridian and J6 defendant here asking that you prioritize the continued persecution of J6 defendants like Dan Wilson, Jeremy Brown, Daniel Ball, Dominic box , etc. who continue to be terrorized by woke DOJ judges with TDS. I am not asking you to turn your cheek to criminal behavior. If you would look closely at your cases, you would see that this is NOT the case with these men. Please prioritize justice for J6 defendants and the continued weaponization of power by woke judges. All it takes is for YOU or POTUS to take ONE. SWIFT. ACTION, and send these judges the message that this has to stop once and for all. If you allow this to continue, it won’t stop with Jeremy Brown, Daniel Ball, and Dan wilson. If you don’t stop this now, you will effectively empower woke judges to commit further weaponization against any J6 defendant, I.e. Florida State troopers pulling me and swarming me with hands on holsters / weapons because cameras scanned my license plate in a mall parking lot? When will I be able to travel freely without being terrorized by TSA at the airport? IT IS STILL HAPPENING. Aren’t we better than this? Doesn’t this go against America first? Mr. President, I respectful ask that you stop whatever you are doing and get this man out of prison immediately. Your pardon is being ignored. The story of J6er Daniel Ball grows darker every day. He was brutally beaten by two guards in Peterburg, VA. He was so badly beaten his teeth went through his face, he was chain to his cell and threatened with rape. Daniel received a pardon from President Trump on January 20, 2025. He is still in prison, having been put through diesel therapy multiple times since January 20th, Daniel is now in FL. His pardon has been posted as you can see per the attachment, as well as a dismissal of a FL case, there is NO reason to hold Daniel any further. The US Attorney's office in FL hasn't been answering their phone, we have called, Congressman Cloud's office has called, they just don't answer. Daniel cannot be released until the US Attorney calls the jail. It feels like this is more torture of Daniel Ball purposely keeping him over the weekend. I truly am concerned for Daniel's safety. When he arrived in FL, he had only been fed 2 bologna sandwiches in days, he had no socks, no underwear, only a thin jumper. Daniel Ball should be a free man tonight, but the hatred of the FL US Attorney's office is preventing Daniel from being free. @realDonaldTrump

OMG: RePost + DEMAND THE RELEASE OF THIS J6 HOSTAGE Daniel Ball received a pardon from President Trump on January 20, 2025. His paperwork was processed and on paper he was released. Moments later while still in possession of the BOP, Daniel was arrested again. Daniel was taken back to his cell in the DC Gulag, not understanding what was happening. The government has charged Daniel with having a 22 rifle and some ammo that did not fit the 22 during the J6 raid of his home. **The PARDON includes ALL actions related to J6, the raid of his home is very obviously part of the J6 charge.** The government doesn’t want to let Daniel free because they tortured Daniel and there is physical evidence of that. While in FCC Petersburg, VA Daniel was chained to his cell door, he was beaten by two guards. He was beaten so badly his teeth went through his face. He was chained to his cell for hours; fearful the guards would make good on their promise to come back and rape him. Now the government is trying to send Daniel back to FCC Petersburg, in an obvious attempt to scare him into silence. I felt both happy to hear his voice and nauseous to know he was yet somewhere in the Midwest being held in a federal holding facility... I cannot digest why this is happening to any person that was pardoned by President Trump 4 days ago.. Dominic's voice sounded calm however exhausted.. He asked me if I knew " what was going on?" And I had to say ""No" He stated that currently he came to this facility with only 4 other J6 men ..and they immediately separated them. Dominic stated " this is the most horrible place I've ever been in my life" He stated that the BOP has guidelines that are not being followed under any sense of truth or justice..There are" 15 individuals all together and only 10 beds" and assumed he will be forced to sleep on the floor since he is new there . There is only "1 shower and 1 toilet inside the shower " : " We are given nothing .. not even a pair of socks" we "must pay for everything " and I have nothing not even a toothbrush... ; they have only 1 telephone for all of " us " and there is a huge line .. Someone please explain to me how this is not VERY CLEAR evidence of a J6 set up as far back as December 4, 2020. Knowing that how can anyone deny all j6 cases should be thrown out, J6ers freed on day one, and a REAL investigationinto J6 begin immediately? Did you know Green Beret, Master Sergeant Jeremy Brown was approached by 2 DHS Terrorism task force agents to become a confidential human source for a BIG event that was to happen in January. This visit occurred on December 4th, 2020, BEFORE President Trump announced the J6 rally on December 19, 2020. That means the "set-up" was already underway, yet we never talk about this. When Jeremy refused to become a CHS and RECORDED the interaction, he was promptly raided and imprisoned, he has been there ever since. They have successfully silenced him. Yet we are supposed to sit here and talk about violent and non-violent when every damn J6er was set up beginning on December 4, 2020.

4 years ago today I was arrested at my former business by 8 police officers in full tactical gear carrying long arms & 2 attack dogs for what at the time was only 2 low level misdemeanors (later indicted to 4 & the 1512 felony). I was shackled by my hands, feet, & around my waist. I was released on a PR bond that day. This is me walking out of the federal courthouse. Never let them see you sweat. Now I have a ministry helping J6ers rebuild their lives after prison. We have jobs, counseling, medical, pastors, & are working on our 1st of 5 tiny homes for them to live in. 🇺🇸

BOP is beginning to play games with J6ers in prison. Yesterday the BOP MOVED 4 J6ERS. When this happens, there is a window when we don't know where the J6ers is physically located. This makes it very difficult to make transportation arrangements out of the prison, that is the GOAL of the BOP. Make no mistake, this is being done on purpose to sabotage the release of J6ers. @realDonaldTrump please put the @USMarshalsHQ on standby because BOP is going to hold as many J6ers as hostages as possible. #FreeAllJ6ersDayOne
