מאחורי הקלעים הולך ומתהווה משבר: החלטת ישראל לא לשלוח צוות לדוחא ביום שני לשיחות על שלב ב' הוכרזה אצל המתווכים וחמאס כהפרה של ההסכם. כפי שמדווח @yanircozin ההחלטה בירושלים היא לשלוח את הצוות מחר או ביום ראשון, כלומר חמישה-שישה ימים אחרי המועד (בהסכם נקבע כי השיחות יחלו ביום ה-16 להפסקת האש). בחמאס מתכוונים להגיב לכך ושוקלים כיצד לנהוג. אחת האפשרויות היא לנקוט סחבת בפעימות. המתווכים במאמץ למנוע זאת, או לפחות לצמצם את עוצמת התגובה של חמאס. מחר מתוכננת להתבצע הפעימה החמישית
