@alex420_b @cb_phil @PaulOBrien10 @LanceHandsome @decoreape7 @Sav70 @j_k357 @BrianVolkert @RealBMaxwell @mjpm67 @Bilcro It's Donegal Mountain Dew, it's not Poitín or Whiskey, officially it's an Irish Spirit Drink, it's a vatting of Spirits from different small cask that spent 18-24 in cask, it could be Irish Whiskey if it spent another 12-18 months in cask. Whiskey has a 3 year minimum.

@alex420_b I feel u but in today's ireland, the cost for the small operator's is huge, €55 - €9 delivery, €22 in vat & duty, glass bottle, insurance, 2 x gov licences, building, labour etc etc etc. I work in construction to make my living, 700ml bottles are planned for the whiskey.

@alex420_b It's best you stick to your big volume distillery- age statement showcase bottles for blowing about on the Internet, early start here on my 300L spirit still.
