Socialists have taken part in every mass movement in history, they didn’t “latch on”. This is because socialists understand that the fight against capitalism undergirds every struggle, while you blindly defend a party that backed mass incarceration and the creation of Israel.
The far left socialist movement lacks the energy for their own uprisings and protests, so instead they latch onto other civil movements like the BLM movement & now the Palestine movement, and like a parasite, it slowly eats away at its host until it is completely unrecognizable.

The struggle for a liberated Palestine has been undertaken by people across the globe and is truly represented by all marginalized and oppressed communities, including LGTBQ folks. Saying “well actually Palestinians hate drag events” to sow division is poison in this key moment.
When your hatred of a specific organization causes you (a supposed communist) to demand that a liberation movement orients itself to the most conservative elements of a society.
