Unlike previous tweets this may be a popular opinion: The Thing should be a Top 7 character in Marvel Comics. Wolverine usurped his characteristics (gruff, big hearted, cigar chomping). The movies underperformed for Ben. The Thing should be a star like Spidey, Hulk, & Cap again!

Opinion: Monica Rambeau/Captain Marvel was a great character & leader but also a missed opportunity. The 1982 creation by R. Stern & J. Romita Jr. had a unique power set & an interesting civilian life. Strangely she “disappeared” & was never the same as Photon Spectrum or Pulsar.

Perhaps an unpopular opinion #5 : I believe comic readers would appreciate Batman smiling more. Batman can be serious but doesn’t have to be miserable & gloomy. He should grin, smirk, laugh more! A more balanced Batman would grow his audience. The Dark Knight is tiring. Thoughts?
