@KiaCanada @Kia_Worldwide I still have not been contacted by a rep concerning my 2016 Kia sportage being parked for 2 yrs before having my recalled engine fixed. And because of this several things have seized and Kia is doing nothing to rectify it. Kia doesn't care. #shameonkia

@sanjitbose @KiaCanada Absolutely horrible service. I have been waiting for 2 yrs for Kia to change my engine. They finally did and so many things have seized and now I am going thru it for Kia to fix what they caused.

all. I need someone at Kia to care about their customers. Over 2 yrs to fix a car is ridiculous. And being dismissed by the so-called customer service is unacceptable. Can anyone do their job and help me to FINALLY get my car back in working condition.
