Does it suck? Yes. Do I love my job? Yes. Will I miss it? Yes. Can I do anything about it? No. but, I can control my response and attitude, so I'm going to control what I can control, and go kick ass in other ways.

I am 100% jealous of all the teams that get to practice today as they prepare for State. But also 100% thankful that I've been able to have Thanksgiving practice twice in my short coaching career.

December 7th 2020 I weighed 289 pounds (by FAR the heaviest I've ever been), and decided to start working out and eating right again (I struggled with this during football season). Today, I've officially lost 50 pounds! Have more to go, but I feel so much better than what I did

2/2 because it's not your way. why is the best tool in the world for coaches starting to turn into the rest of social media? Be positive, if you don't like what someone else is doing, then don't do it! And move on with your day. There's more than 1 way to skin a cat.
