@Uber_Support C. Whilst the restaurant may have already completed preparing the order, the delivery had not yet commenced at the time I reached out to one of your agents (the driver)

@Uber_Support This is an issue Competition Bureau will be interested in as clearly the app is not customer friendly and designed to rip people off!

@Uber_Support B. The system (your app) did not provide a two-step opportunity to verify/confirm my address! This is extremely ridiculous as mistakes can/do happen! Also, why would the app be programmed to take the current location as the default setting?

@Uber_Support 10. I cancelled the order and to my utmost shock, received the notification that I was charged $ 49.72 to compensate the restaurant and the driver!! I paid for food that I did not get!!!

@Uber_Support He had not yet left the restaurant. I asked what to do in this case as there was no point him taking the food to a location (remember this would be somewhere along the subway) as I was not there. He advised that I could cancel the order.

@Uber_Support 8. The delivery person arrived a the restaurant to pick up the order and I had the opportunity to talk to him on the phone and explained my issue. I asked the delivery person to deliver to the updated address but he declined.

@Uber_Support 6. I got off from the train at York University. The delivery address I provided was still not updated! I looked on the app for options to do this but didn’t find any.
