It is ok to ask several people the same questions. It shows consistency. This is prime time to prove why a program is or is not for you

Ask about why the interviewer chose to practice at this hospital. Ask about what residents do well and struggle with. If a program offers something unique, ask about it! Asking questions shows that you are genuinely interested and will be favorable. Not asking questions can hurt

💡 Interview tip #1 💡 Come up with a STRONG opener! Everyone’s going to start with, “Tell me about yourself?”. This is your chance to shine! 🌟 Your statement should talk a little about yourself, what motivates you, and why this specialty. Strong openers will get you noticed!
