Brudda I live in Dubai, I understand what the UAE is. My work licence is with the Dubai Health Authority - the other Emirates have their own and it isn't transferable. Seperate energy and water board, seperate Road laws / road traffic authority for car MOTs/fitness, seperate land registries etc . Allow it
