The legal team is preparing the case and hopes to be back in court by late Spring for the first round of hearings as we move forward towards the trial that has finally been granted permission to proceed by Justice Trent Horne. If successful, this historic landmark lawsuit will ensure that what our government did to 6+ million Canadians NEVER happens again. @KarlDHarrison and @ShaunRickard67 are now officially 'the last men standing' in this incredibly important fight for justice and human rights, and despite the numerous hurdles and challenges that have been thrown at them by our government over the past 3 years, they have never waivered or given up. We sincerely hope that all those who were affected by Trudeau's authoritarian policies and mandates will do likewise by continuing to stand shoulder to shoulder with us in our pursuit for justice. Correction: Appears to be one TDSB school. Awaiting confirmation.
BREAKING: Toronto Public Health will be vaccinating all TDSB grade 11 students who are "not up to date with their vaccinations," pulling them out of class on Friday, Feb. 7, or else face suspension. Parental and informed consent not given.
