.@GovWhitmer, boss of MI State PD, these jokers haven't interviewed the cop who killed #PatrickLyoya b/c "his lawyer's on vacation". GRPD has to protect HIS 5th amendment rights, like he's the only lawyer & we get that. Want our vote? We want justice: Identify, Prosecute, Fire
