@ReframeNetwork Our refugee communities have so many needs. By nature, new RLOs tend to try to do so much with little or even no resources. Funding a specific focus is one of the ways RLOs will make a meaningful impact.

@ReframeNetwork Maintaining an active online presence through website and social media is also an effective way of story telling. Periodic updates (newsletters) to key stakeholders such as donors is another way of communicating impact.

Many UNHCR organizations are talking about "the genocide against the Tutsi." It would be much more accurate to say "predominantly but not exclusively against the Tutsi", given the number of Hutu and Twa who were also killed.
