Absolutely, in some states, government officials, volunteer groups, individuals and some capable beings are helping as they can. But I've been in Yobe for a quiet long and yet couldn't see any positive impact with regard to that so far.

Abubakar, Kanta as we call him since childhood, is thorough and led CAC with character and competence. He will be vindicated.
I know Mr A.G. Abubakar to be one of the most reform-minded heads of agency in Nigeria. He did everything he could to remove human contact with CAC officials, which blocked avenues for bureaucratic corruption. I respect his reforms at CAC and thank him for his service.

Also, due to our porous borders(Potiskum and other neighboring towns), State Govt should also ramp up patrol along off road routes , commuters have been using these off-road routes to evade road blocks /check points
