Today marks the start of Children's Mental Health Week, the theme of which is "Know Yourself - Grow Yourself", and we hope to inspire our pupils to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them, so that they will be better equipped to handle life's challenges. #bebrave

Today, our Geographers are studying how the 2012 Olympics completely transformed East London, a well-known example of how to successfully revitalise an urban area. They also got to see West Ham's Football Ground, The London Stadium, which sits within the Olympic Park.

Our Year 10 Geographers had a fantastic time at the Thames Flood Barrier Information Centre, which exhibits the past, present and future of this amazing piece of engineering and science. They also watched a film about its construction, and had a virtual technical "tour." #amazing

Our Geographers have arrived at the @NHM_London and are exploring the Museum's world-famous dinosaurs, including the Triceratops skull and the amazing fossils. They've also visited Earth Hall, which tells the story of our planet and solar system. #fascinating

Today's the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi concentration camp, and the theme is "For a Better Future". It's our hope that this HMD will provide a chance for people to unite, learn from the past and take action to create a better future.

The theme for today's International Day of Education is "AI and Education" and the hope is that it allows us to encourage reflections on the power that education has to empower individuals and communities to navigate, understand and influence technological advancement.
