The "soft and fragile" attendant couldn't be bothered, finally I had to do it myself, and I don't work there! Damn those CEO's!

Exactly, municipalities should do the same, keep raising taxes to hire more people to pick up the garbage that people refuse to put in garbage cans because they don't want to carry/walk the garbage to them. Let's take all basic, and I mean basic, responsibility off us and put it on someone else!

You assume that is his only responsibility, but true, nothing says "soft, fragile and self-important" than a capable person that can't simply put their cart in the designated cart return space(s), or refrain from peeing on the walls in a public washroom. I was wondering who was doing that, glad we found you!
