This week it is World Immunization Week. Despite the overwhelming evidence of the effects of vaccinations, the global immunization coverage dropped to 81% in 2021, the lowest in a decade. Only together we can stop infectious diseases like polio.

Did you know smallpox was the first virus to be eradicated? Together with World Health Organization and many more, we are dedicated to make polio virus the second to be eradicated.
Dr Edward Jenner, who invented vaccination, died 200 years ago today. Jenner created the first-ever vaccine when he found out people infected with cowpox were immune to #smallpox. This discovery ultimately led the world to eradicate this deadly disease & save millions of lives ⬇
